Renewals, cancellations and refunds: what each program's own page says
The fee you notice is the first one. The one that catches people is year two, charged automatically at the standard rate. Here is what we have actually read, and where our reading stops.

What to do with this before you renew
- Put the renewal date in your calendar with a reminder about a month earlier, while cancelling is still free.
- Check the price you will renew at, not the price you joined at. A first-year offer is not a price.
- Count the nights you actually used it. The break-even from last year is the only honest input for this year.
- Check the overlap page first: one of your memberships may sit inside another.

Which RV memberships renew automatically?
Of the seven we track, Thousand Trails and its Trails Collection add-on state automatic renewal, and Boondockers Welcome states annual renewal. For the other 4 we have read the price but not the renewal terms, so we do not answer. A guess here costs you a year's dues.
Can I get a refund on an RV membership?
Three of the seven publish a window we have read: Harvest Hosts refunds within three months, Boondockers Welcome states a 100 percent money-back guarantee, and Thousand Trails allows 30 days or until you have stayed more than two consecutive nights, whichever comes first.
Why are so many rows marked not read?
Because we only publish what we have read from the program's own page, with a date. Everything on this site carries its source. A renewal term copied from a blog is exactly the kind of number that turns out to be four years old.
